Release Notes: Bulk Import/Export CSV + Certificate Reference Removal

• Bulk Import is now Bulk Import/Export
• You can now export properties to CSV in the same format used for import
• The certificate reference field has been removed to simplify certificate management

We’ve shipped two product updates in OnTop to streamline property data management and certificate workflows.

1) Bulk Import is now Bulk Import/Export.

You can now export your properties to CSV directly from the Bulk Import/Export page. The export uses the same column format as import, so you can round-trip your data easily.

2) Certificate reference field removed.

We’ve removed the certificate reference field from the certificate workflow to reduce friction and keep data entry focused on the fields that matter most for compliance tracking.

The export file matches the import schema, including columns for property details, gas/electrical expiry dates, and mortgage fields. This means you can export, edit, and re-import with minimal formatting changes.
